Coach Lou Rolon has been coaching AAU baseball for over 10 years. He's won multiple championship at the 10,12,and 16u age groups with at least a dozen runner ups as well. Lou is the head baseball JV coach as well as an assistant Varsity coach at Valley Regional High school. He’s been very successful developing players but takes pride in really getting to know each player on a personal level as well. He credits his success because of the personal bonds that he’s been able to achieve with players. Coach Lou is married with three kids. His son Jaden just graduated as a top notch pitcher for Old Saybrook with a velo of 86/88mph. His oldest daughter is about to make him a grandfather and his little Mia is becoming a pretty good softball player. Family is everything to him and as parents you will see that in his coaching. “Respect the players and the players will not only respect you but they will work that much harder for you”.
