Todd was born and raised in Clinton, CT and started playing baseball as a lefty at the age of 4. He was a 2-time Little League All-Star, was a starting pitcher in Middle School as well as high-school, where he led his team to two State Tournament wins. He was also part of the 1992 American Legion Post 103 baseball team. Todd graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 1998 where he was an assistant for the college team. Todd has recently been coaching kids for the past 7 years for Clinton Little League, while also serving as a Divisional Commissioner, Umpire-in-Chief and currently Vice President of Baseball. He is also on his 2nd year coaching for the Breakers 10u team, where they won the 10u Sportsplex Spring Baseball Invitational Tourney. When Todd is not on the field, he is an avid winter skier, likes running 5k’s and fishing!
